Overall my stay was exceptional...

Liked: The staff was so friendly especially Nadi and another front desk attendant whose name fails my memory now but her name began with a K…they were very accommodating to our requests upon arrival.
Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was that there were no King size beds most of the rooms were Queen

Disliked: My room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping on Friday which meant I needed to call the front desk to refurbish coffee and supplies to the room. Additionally, the room didn’t have a shower curtain necessitating tub bathing. Stained sheets.

Liked: I loved the location, the pools were great, everything was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable.I wish the TV had Netflix and other streaming services. It has a hotel room remote system and you can't really do much except TV. Staff was super friendly and let us check in an hour early, what a convenience! Every other floor had vending and ice machines, the hallways smelled great and the Elevators were super clean.
Disliked: The toilet flush didn't work, every time we had to flush we had to take the cover off and do it manually.
