I paid for a room,...

Liked: The room and the staff.
Disliked: We were not able to sleep at all because of the noise from the room next door. 12:24 am I reported it to guest services, 2:21 am I reported it to guest services, 3:08 am I went downstairs to guest services to report it again. Through out the night I reported, the radio, TV and yelling and screaming.

Not bad but not great

Liked: Booked a single night here as a treat for me and my friend to have a night away from the kiddos. Had to ask for the correct room because I booked a room with a balcony and did not get one upon arrival. That was fixed with no issues. The room was great, but was pretty hot even with the ac supposedly on. The TV wouldn't work for anything but screen share leaving me unable to use my phone all night. When we went to checkout and leave we ended up stuck in the parking garage elevator until the fire department came, but they did come fairly quickly. Overall not the worst experience, but also not the best.
