Disliked: I had to modify the day of my stay - I’ve called several times and sent about 10 messages through Booking without any answer I’ve never seen such an extremely poor customer services, this is the 1st time this happens through a Booking reservation, avoid this hotel.

Liked: Absolutely everything. This place is being carefully managed, the maintenance of the place is impecable, all areas are in pristine conditions, including the rooms, kitchen, balcony, etc. The staff is very well trained as well, therefore they are very much customer oriented and very accommodating of general requests. The rooms have all the necessary amenities in it, including dish washing, detergent, coffee, salt, etc.It is the perfect place for families as well as couples looking for a quiet place to rest and relax after the parties or whatever you came to do in Vegas. We will be back here. Kudos to all staff and other guests as well who behave very respectfully with other fellow guests.
