Rooms very clean, but not well insulated from each other or the hall. Desk staff was pleasant at best; breakfast buffet was excellent!

Liked: It ended too early- I missed it- I would have appreciated a coffee shop in the hotel. However there are lots of options nearby- and rooms have in room coffee and a microwave and refrigerator
Disliked: Breakfast ended early - I am not an early riser esp when on holiday- however there are other options nearby

Liked: They have two restaurants on site and had a private vendor for a shuttle service (additional cost).
Disliked: When I changed the spray on the shower head a bunch of black stuff came out like it hadn’t been cleaned out. A fire alarm was set off at everyone had to evacuate the hotel at 4:45 AM. It was a false alarm but we had to wait for the fire department to clear for re entry.

Liked: The weight staff in your restaurant was absolutely wonderful then got to have one of the best breakfast I ever had. I did not choose the buffet. I ordered off the menu unbelievable the waitress superb can’t remember her name but one of the best days I’ve had in a long time.
Disliked: The breakfast was unbelievable

Exceptional

Although I loved my room...

Disliked: The staff was unfriendly and one lady working breakfast refused to serve my coworker. The staff at the front desk was always on their phones and if they happened to glance up from their phones would say, "Hello, how are you?" before looking back down at their phone and ending the interaction with the guest. Not personable at all.
