Hotel staff from the lobby, conciege, restaurant and bell men were very cordial and helpful.

Liked: Room was very clean/spacious.

My hotel guest room was spacious. The close proximity of the hotel to businesses and attractions is great. The hotel staff was cordial.

Liked: The hotel is close to several modes of transportation which made it easy to get around.
Disliked: The room temperature was a bit cold even when the thermostat was turned up.

Disliked: FIRST ROOM POOP IN TOILET AND NO TUB, STAFF CHANGED OUR ROOM. SECOND ROOM HEAT WOULD NOT GO ON, STAFF GOT IT WORKING, TUB WOULD NOT FILL DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING STOPPER, STAFF FIXED IT, TV REMOTE NOT WORKING DUE TO BATTERIES, STAFF GAVE NEW ONE. ON CHECK IN WE WERE OFFERED ACCESS TO THE EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WITH BUFFET BREAKFAST AND AN EVENING GET TOGETHER WITH APPETIZERS, PROBLEM...UNLIKE OTHER SUCH FACILITIES NO WINE OR BEER UNLESS YOU BOUGHT IT. IN ADDITION WHEN WE BOUGHT WE WERE TOLD & CHARGED 70.0 A DAY FOR BOTH OF US, HOWEVER THE SIGN ON THE CLUB DOOR CLEARLY STATED THAT EACH MEMBER COULD BRING A GUEST FOR FREE, SO WE WERE CHEATED OUT OF 35.00 FOR 4 NIGHTS. TO TOP OFF OUR STAY I WAS STRUCK BY A CLOSING ELEVATOR DOOR AND HAVE A LARGE BRUISE TO PROVE IT. ALSO THE ROOM RATE WAS OUTRAGEOUS COULD HAVE HAS SUITE AT THE FAIRMONT FOR THE SAME OR LESS MONEY AND IT IS A 5 STAR.

Disliked: The bathroom was broken. It maid a mess. The battery of the door has died, had to go downstais 4 times to fix it. There was no bottled water in the room. No toothpaste. The street noise was annoying. Very expensive for this quality

Liked: Huge rooms/ lovely lobby/ restaurant area. Friendly staff . Very clean. Modern and super comfy beds. Great view and loved my stay.
Disliked: Room service options are only French food. Maybe some variety on the room service. Breakfast price was a little high. Sparkling water on offer in the mini market would be good.Water in rooms.
