Hotel staff from the lobby, conciege, restaurant and bell men were very cordial and helpful.

Liked: Room was very clean/spacious.

My hotel guest room was spacious. The close proximity of the hotel to businesses and attractions is great. The hotel staff was cordial.

Liked: The hotel is close to several modes of transportation which made it easy to get around.
Disliked: The room temperature was a bit cold even when the thermostat was turned up.

Great business hotel in downtown...

Liked: Great location, lovely new hotel. I enjoyed using the gym, which was small but well-equipped, and found the room extremely comfortable and modern.
Disliked: I didn't have breakfast and it wasn't clear whether my room rate included it or not. As it was quite an expensive rate, I felt that breakfast should have been included.
