Hotel staff from the lobby, conciege, restaurant and bell men were very cordial and helpful.

Liked: Room was very clean/spacious.

My hotel guest room was spacious. The close proximity of the hotel to businesses and attractions is great. The hotel staff was cordial.

Liked: The hotel is close to several modes of transportation which made it easy to get around.
Disliked: The room temperature was a bit cold even when the thermostat was turned up.

I loved being pampered and...

Liked: It was next door to my destination but as I explored the downtown area also close and accessible to the major attractions I was interested in. The room was mindfully calm yet tastefully modern with next level features..soft closing drawers, higher end toiletries and bathroom. Loved and noted the attention to detail.
Disliked: There was a short elevator issue and there was no alternative other than stairs…but the line of guests moved rather quickly. I only had an overnight stay, but didn’t have any other issues!

Disliked: We couldn't get the the underground parking because Simcoe was closed!! Check out was awful, couldn't get an elevator to leave! Stood there for 40 minutes & decided to take 6 flights of stairs with our luggage & I have a lung disease...couldn't use the pool because check in is way to late!! Had a concert to go to by 6 p.m. Won't be back! SORRY!!
