Liked: less than 5 minute to the airport.great helping staff.
Disliked: Only Hilton in name, not Hilton standards.The room was empty with no complimentary items—no toothbrush, no slippers, no water, and an empty fridge. Arriving late, there was no bell captain to help with luggage. I had two children and eight big bags, but thankfully, the hotel manager was a great guy and helped us himself.Despite having a confirmed booking, my flight arrived late at 11:30 PM. I received an email stating that check-in was until 12 AM and after that, it would be subject to availability. Even with a confirmed booking and informing them of my short stay for a transit flight, I was lucky to find a room after 12.

Way too expensive for one...

Liked: Room and location were good.
Disliked: The cost was ridiculous because Taylor Swift was in town. All the hotels should be called out because of the greed and price gouging that went on for those 2 weekends! It should be illegal!

Horrible.

Liked: If I could give a 0 I would. The property was close to the airport, that is all that makes people go back. Other than that it’s probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and this is coming from someone who flys every other week.
Disliked: I had an unpleasant experience when I stayed at this hotel during a transit stop with my partner. After a nine-hour flight, the staff were rude and unwelcoming; I was completely ignored at the front desk while they served a man who pushed ahead of me. The rooms were outdated, the food overpriced for the quality, and the shuttle service was chaotic and overcrowded—making it virtually unusable. We ended up booking an Uber to the airport at 5 AM the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Great location right at the airport with the free shuttle bus provided. Big room. Good quality breakfast.
Disliked: Receptionist didn't provide all necessary information at checking-in. The cleaners on the floor were way too loud since 7 am.
