Pleasant and comforting stay.

Liked: Everything was taken care of nicely. Breakfast was great and so was dinner at the restaurant. Good environment. Room was spacious and nice. Technical issues were promptly taken care of. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet hotel.
Disliked: No help with luggage. No toiletries, other than shampoo and the like, fixed to the wall. I missed all kinds of things one would expect in a bathroom, like a glass. It looked like they forgot to put anything in there. No slippers or robe. They kindly provided the robe though, when I asked. Bed was quite hard, a softer feeling would add to the experience.

Disappointing

Disliked: Communication with staff about upgrade room and costs. And at the room there was an annoying ticking all night. It was for 1 night so i didnt mentionnit but will never going back there.
