Liked: Hotel was nice, staff was nice. I ordered 4 Danishes, 4 croissants, coffee and orange juice to be delivered in the morning and got charged $86.00. Parking was $20.00. WIFI even costs at this hotel!

Liked: Excellent Hotel in central Tampa. Lots of airline personnel stay there. NICE!
Disliked: Only downside would be no harbor/water views, but that can't be changed.

Fabulous staff but hotel needs...

Liked: As there weren’t many places to eat near the hotel, it was convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel.
Disliked: The 6 elevators were down to 1 or 2 for our entire trip. At one point, security took us up the service elevator because none were working. The breakfast we ordered from the ala carte menu but they took items from the buffet to put on the plate that were old and cold.
