Liked: Hotel was nice, staff was nice. I ordered 4 Danishes, 4 croissants, coffee and orange juice to be delivered in the morning and got charged $86.00. Parking was $20.00. WIFI even costs at this hotel!

Disliked: I didbt like the additional fees that weren't explained during the booking process. I understand hotel takes and fees, but an additional $30 per night was excessive.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable and had a bit of a view on the 17th floor The location was suitable for my trip close to the many downtown restaurants and the convention center.
Disliked: Bar closed already at 11pmThe room rate, but also small things such as a bag of Skittles from the vending machine felt overpriced

Nice hotel, has some issues...

Liked: The room was nice and clean with enough space to comfortably put down our luggage. The staff was nice and gave us directions to where we needed to go. I also liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel.
Disliked: The elevators take forever! We had to wait for 10+ minutes the day we left to get an elevator down. Also, there was a weird buzzing noise coming from the fridge that made it hard to sleep. Finally, the bathroom is not very spacious, there should be more space between the toilet and the counter/sink.
