Disappointing

Perfect location, right next to...

Liked: Location was perfect! The light rail is right outside the front.
Disliked: Unfortunately the Hilton Honors points doesn’t apply if we book via Booking.com

Amazing

Liked: Loved everything just long queue for the breakfast

Biggest waist of money

Disliked: Shower was shit, having to pay to get access to movies are after spending 900 for the room is a joke, having to wait 30min to get something that should be in the mini bar is a joke.

Liked: Breakfast was a big disappointment. Big lineup and food very average.

Liked: The pool is not owned by the hotel but rather fitness first gym so your sharing the pool with gym members. The spa was out of order. On top of all that it closes at 6pm on Saturdays. The WIFI was horrible, no complimentary bottled water either. Great location, comfy beds.

Liked: Excellent location, central cbd.Amazingly polite and happy staff.Great facilities for guests Wide range of choice at buffet breakfast
