great location and clean and...
Liked: It was quiet and clean. Nice views. Great location.
Disliked: The staff at the cafe downstairs. We were going to have breakfast there. They were setting up and it was 8 minutes prior to opening. We were happy to wait but the staff were rude and dismissive. They just snapped 'we are not open'. Another couple were standing looking in the cabinet as well and they experienced the same. We just walked across the road to QVB building and found somewhere else. The other couple walked away too. The staff should have said "we are opening in a few minutes - feel free to have a seat if you are happy to wait".

Maybe I had higher expectation...
Liked: So convenient right near QV building Recommend going to Artasian hotel for dinner. Very good
Disliked: No free wifi without having to sign up to Hilton club. Thats really rubbish. I don’t want to sign up and get inundated with spam about the Hilton. Room service fries was cooked beyond recognition- quasi burnt. Not enjoyable. No free bottle water Also no other channels other than free to air. Have to pay $15 to watch a movie. Plus the movie choices weren’t very good. Was unable to screen mirror either - wasnt iPhone accepting

Overall our stay was good,...
Liked: The hotel is located in a prime position, central to everything
Disliked: We had the breakfast included in our stay, by the time we got there, it was very busy and the set up for getting breakfast was very poor. People were waiting in a line to get breakie and the line for omelettes was holding everything up. Staff were trying to carry trays of glasses though people who were blocking the entry for them. It was ridiculous. They need to come up with a more organised system to allow for the buffet line to run more smoothly. Staff could also be more knowledgable about information they prove such as parking as we were given incorrect information. In general staff could improve their customer service skills, the way they interact with guests, etc
