Lots of room in the...

Liked: Proximity to the event we were attending.

The hotel is comfortable with...

Liked: The room with suite is spacious n comfortable. Staff are courteous n helpful. Shopping square across the road has all facilities needed.
Disliked: Shower unit can be improved to stop water spraying to bathroom floor. During our stay, there were a group of unruly children causing fair bit of problem to other guests. It seemed the management was unable or not prepared to do anything.

Disliked: The reservation system Hilton uses (not Booking) is awful ... you wait endlessly on telephone line while listening to a huge room of people yelling over each other. Sounds awful. Terrible waste of time ...

Disliked: I was staying in this hotel for 4 nights but breakfast was not included and I was told it was due to booking through a third party which made me a bit disappointed.
