Just overnight to many problems

My stay at this hotel...

Liked: The hotel was extremely nice and clean. The staff were pleasant to talk with and very welcoming. Food was delicious at the hotel’s restaurant.
Disliked: The terrace was closed but I wasn’t sure why. They blocked off the bridge which I’m assuming for construction but the staff never mentioned why it was closed. It would’ve been nice to walk my mom out there.
