Liked: Was so quiet.
Disliked: I went outside to get my breakfast around 10:10 a.m. and when I came back the housekeeper was inside the room and my suitcase was still inside. When I went to check out they charged me $57 - I don't know why as check out is supposed to be at 11 a.m. I checked out around 10:45.

Liked: It was wonderful.

Liked: Cool air conditioning; friendly staff.
Disliked: Very small room for the money; long wait for elevators.

Disliked: Very run down property. Wasn’t clean

I wont stay again.

Liked: The ROOM SIZE WAS NICE AND IT WAS across from where i planned to visit.
Disliked: No free breakfast, staff was very rude and cold when asked a question or for items, extra bed was never delivered or blankets or pillows, vending machine did not work, ice machine didn't work on my floor which was the tenth floor in the west pavilion

Disliked: The bathroom I had to life the top of the toilet bowl up to flush the toilet and the heater was not working you heard it trying to kick on and kick off
