I was very disappointed that...

Liked: There was nothing really to like except for the front desk staff.
Disliked: The room was outdated. The shower didn’t work despite a service visit from maintenance. There was dirty caulking around the tub and sink. The windows hadn’t been cleaned. The toilet handle was faulty handle and the toilet ran excessively. The carpets hadn’t been cleaned/ shampooed in a while.
