It's a lovely hotel with a great location. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the large bar and restaurant. The servers were superb. You get a good bang for your buck here. Their shuttle service is very handy as well.

Disliked: I must say that I can find no negative comments to make.

It was good but needs...

Liked: The comfort of the room. The bar/restaurant was nice. The hotel's ambiance.
Disliked: There was no remote for the TV. The water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle from the shower head.

AWESOME

Liked: The Staff and atmosphere were perfect.

It was a nice pace...

Liked: It was an easy check in/check out. Nice view from the room, very comfortable beds. Staff, valet parking staff were very helpful with great dipositions.
Disliked: The room charge was more than I expected. They automatically charge an extra $100.00 for extra items charged to your room with a refund for the difference. The only extra charge I had was charge for parking garage. There was not a refund given even though those charges did not meet the $100.00.

Liked: Everything about the facility was excellent from the concierge to the room and accommodations that we received. It was a lovely stay..
Disliked: I didn't like the location of the hotel.

Older hotel

Liked: Valet and bar/restaurant.
Disliked: The halls had an older smell and one elevator didn’t work properly.

Liked: Wonderful view of Shreveport skyline and the Red River.
Disliked: Long wait for Elevators, and stairs are Emergency use only.
