It's a lovely hotel with a great location. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the large bar and restaurant. The servers were superb. You get a good bang for your buck here. Their shuttle service is very handy as well.

Disliked: I must say that I can find no negative comments to make.

Disliked: The halls had an older smell and one elevator didn’t work properly.

Disliked: 2 of the elevators were down the whole weekend and there was a mardi gra ball. Knowing that we had to wait ridiculous amount of time on elevators, luggage carts, but the valet was awesome

Loud at night, valet not...

Disliked: Others on my hall were playing loud music all night. I called the front desk to ask them to assess the situation. Nothing was done about the noise. I did not sleep well.I paid for valet service and on one occasion when I went to pick up my car, there was no valet assistant present and I had to go get the car myself. I was still charged for valet.
