Disliked: The diverter valve for the shower head in our room didn't work. My daughter took a bath and I didn't get a shower. I told the girl at the front desk and she just said she would let maintenance know. Didn't offer up anything to make me feel better.

Liked: From the moment we got there to the moment we checked out, everything was top notch. Amazing front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff, even the chef said hello! Front desk made sure to get me my folio in a timely manner and any request was attended to. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We visit Santa Clara often, we will not stay here every time.
