The carpet was gross. I had to wear my socks. The bathroom lights were so dingy and it was hard to see. This hotel needs a serious update. Room service food was good and prompt service. The windows kept "cracking" very loud all afternoon. The adjoining room had guests that got up at 3AM and incessantly talked for 2 hours - I could hear every word they said. I went to the lounge and sat for 10 minutes and no one ever waited on me - I only saw customers - not one hotel employee.

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: I thought I booked my stay with the breakfast but they said what you booked wasn’t with breakfast. Also I was not able to connect to a free WiFi.
