Our stay at the Hilton was most pleasant. I must say that it has been a long time since we have experienced such a pleasant and polite staff.

Disliked: No info on what to see or where to go in St John. We like to get pamphlets and read then go but none available. Had to go city hall to get info.

Liked: good location in market square near restaurants and pubs, nice boardwalk, facility very modern
Disliked: you get dinged $18 a night for parking, maybe that was stated on website but not sure; little to no on-street parking; if there was any breakfast we were not told; getting to the site is a challenge; maybe Hilton can work out a deal with the city-owned parking garage to reduce the parking fee
