Our stay at the Hilton was most pleasant. I must say that it has been a long time since we have experienced such a pleasant and polite staff.

Great location/staff, but VERY dated...

Liked: The location, staff and “crab tree” soap were the “highs” of this hotel. It was also clean and the text communication was a nice feature. The location sells the hotel as the area outside would be awesome in summer but cool year round nonetheless.
Disliked: This is the most dated Hilton I’ve ever stayed in, and the price does not reflect the quality of the room. The door for the bathroom creaked loudly (annoying when trying to quietly pee during the night) the toilet rocked and was so low to sit on, there were no fitted sheets on the bed and the duvet didn’t have a proper cover. The bed may have been comfy but the pillows were all down and awful for sleeping. Parking is $18 a night on top of the other random fees. We also felt a lack of security or secure provisions like elevator access which didn’t require use of a keycard. Overall, just super underwhelmed with the room/hotel and it definitely fell short of my expectations for a “Hilton”.

good, but the room was...

Liked: Loved the location on Market Square and all of the local attractions/amenities close by. The main floor lobby was nice and the buffet breakfast had a good selection.
Disliked: The room felt blah - limited artwork. Beige walls - no pizzaz. The room felt like it could use a lot more furnishings, especially in the seating area. The elevator wall lobby was poorly lit.
