Our stay at the Hilton was most pleasant. I must say that it has been a long time since we have experienced such a pleasant and polite staff.

The staff was very friendly...

Liked: We liked underground parking, the closeness to the Market square, the locale of the hotel, the easiness of checking in and out.
Disliked: We didn't like that the wifi wasn't shareable among devices without the honours program

Disliked: It was horrible night at the hotel. I will never go again. There was mice in the room. They changed the room to me twice and then I had the same issue and washroom wasn’t clean. Floors was in clean. Bed was noisy.

Liked: Pool was nice
Disliked: My niece was made to wait an hour to check in, room was hot and AC loud and barely worked. Breakfast was spoiled. Waitress tried to play it off that I just didn’t know what watered down milk and foul tasting bacon tasted like. Biker gang having a late night party.

Adequate, not the best

Liked: I liked the fact that this hotel is right downtown and it has a great view from the harbour. The breakfast was plentiful and really tasty.
Disliked: The rooms are dated with paint chips and not what I would expect from a Hilton. The beds are uncomfortable (saggy mattress) and also the room smelled funny.
