Decent place to stay, although...

Liked: Hotel is nice on the inside, location is centrally located, Arden area is just a little sketchy now but not the Hotel's fault. Staff was friendly, pool area is alright for the kids. Lounge area is large and nice
Disliked: We reserved a room with 2 queen bes. When we arrived they said they no longer had any rooms with 2 queen beds, and only had a king room. We are a family of 4 so this obviously wasn't going to work. They said they had a roll away bed in the room to compensate. When we arrived into the room there of course was no roll away bed... So I had to ask for them to bring it up. Not a huge deal just annoying that they gave our reserved room away and didn't actually prep for the replacement. $300 a night for this was not cool.

Disliked: During cleaning, they took away shoe boxes, which we did not throw in the trash, but simply left in the room. It was unpleasant for us

Overall is was OK great...

Liked: There’s two sinks in the bathroom one of them clogged up also one of the chair in front of the desk plastic peeled up so bad I did notice management team ,Hopefully they take care of it. They asked me to switch the room, but it’s very inconvenient. We already settled in so we keep it just for one night stay , but other than that OK trip
Disliked: Overall property just fine except all the hallway carpet pretty stained up should be shampoo at least maybe once a month or once a year? Thought of it just a thought of it. !
