Good experience

Liked: It's was pleasant, clean and staff the first night was friendly but the next day when we needed a late checkout. No one answered our text. Other than that it was a good stay

Liked: There was literally a window that was only covered by a piece of sheet rock secured to the window with tape. Insane that you guys are actually assigning this rooms to people to stay in. Obviously the tape was not enough to secure the piece of sheet rock so during the night the cold air was coming in. It just isn’t safe specially for people traveling with kids, and I mean I get it you are remodeling or something broke who knows but to not even mention it to guest at the time of booking or at check in, it’s just crazy The people next to us had a dog that barked all night it just was not pleasant to stay here at all.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay but it was a bit disappointing learning that the workout room was closed as I purposely chose this hotel just for this amenity so learning that i wouldn’t have access to it after already booking it was not my favorite thing to learn

Staff gets good marks.. Hotel...

Disliked: Not able to connect my fire stick through the tv. I’ve done it many times before. This was a big minus. Also the hotel was way overdue for a refresh.
