Liked: We checked in, chose a room and used the room key through the app. It was nice to be able to go straight to our room w/out needing to stop at the desk since we had a late arrival. Location in proximity to airport it great.
Disliked: Parking is a bit of a hike from the hotel, esp. for the cost. If you have a lot of bags, you should def drop them off at the lobby before you park.

Older room, smelled funny and...

Liked: Location - close to airport
Disliked: The room smelled, didn’t seem fresh, pillows were lumpy. No smart tv, no fridge but one was provided when I called. AC turned off at night so room was too warm for me. Fan was provided.

Liked: Its connection to the convention center. The accessible room.
Disliked: The room wouldn’t cool off and no fridge in room.

Rooms could be a bit...

Liked: There was not that much waiting time to get the room, and stuff was friendly and kind.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience with the room cleanliness left much to be desired. Upon checking in, I found garbage scattered around the bathroom garbage can, and to my surprise, a preservative under the bed, I was glad it was new, and still in the wrap. This was extremely concerning and raised doubts about the thoroughness of the cleaning process throughout the entire room.Given Hilton’s reputation for high standards, I expected a clean and welcoming environment, but instead, I felt uncomfortable and unsure about the room’s hygiene. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure future guests have a more positive experience.

Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was hot in my room. They provided a fan but it was not comfortable.

Not expected for 4 star...

Liked: The staff at the front desk was really helpful. He's really good at managing our check in as we missed the correct date. I forgot his name but his white and that was Oct 21 around 1745 when we checked in. His really nice for front desk.
Disliked: When we arrived in our room. There wad no fridge and toothbrush for us. The television has no mirror sharing and there is Netflix in the remote but does not function ( even if I have an account). The room was still cold despite increasing the temperature to 81. I did not expect that for 4 star hotel.

Decent hotel in a convenient...

Liked: We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. We also really liked the proximity to great food, shopping, and the airport. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The extra furniture in the room was convenient and useful.
Disliked: It was very difficult to walk to everything, even through it seemed so close on the map. We had to order a ride-share to get around. We would have loved a hot tub in the pool area, and the pool area was in disrepair. The hotel bar and restaurant was a little pricey for their offerings, and the prices in the hotel store were outrageous and somewhat offensive. In the room, the shower was dated, and the accessable outlets on the light fixtures didn't work.
