Will not stay at Hilton...

Liked: Location to family
Disliked: The room smelled of dirty drains, the bathroom was even worse.No prior notification that the parking policy had changed a few days previous, forced to pay £15 for parking as I was on crutches and could not park elsewhere.Tv was useless, the hotel obviously aren’t subscribing to even basic tv.Room obviously needs refurbished, chair in room was broken, so obviously couldn’t use it.

we really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: the staff at the hotel were excellent, and made us feel very welcome. Room was clean and facilities at the hotel were great.
Disliked: my only issue with the hotel was having to pay £15 to park in the hotel car park, i understand if it was in the city centre but its just outside and felt like a lot of money to park on site at the hotel. apart from that everything else was excellent

Excellent would stay again

Liked: Property was excellent and nice clean place all the plants nice furniture a the room a facilities was good too .the food was good at the bar too staff was very welcoming like Mohamed as the 2 supervisors had the time to come chat was very chilling keep up the good work ☺️☺️
Disliked: If I was to say owt would be as I don’t like paying for parking when I visit there hotel
