Great staff, clean, ok room,...

Liked: Clean and convenient for Green Park
Disliked: The food in the restaurant was super disappointing. Evening dinner of Brie starter had stale salad (dry and tasteless) coupled with unripe fruit and cold over cooked Brie. Basically not edible. I was still charged the full ticket price. Though service was taken off the bill.Main course salad also had stale/dry salad leaves.Breakfast was ok. Pretty much what you’d expect in any budget hotel chain…… Hilton Reading is not a budget hotel!

Fab stay

Liked: Bed was comfy, clean. View was made alot better as I got to watch the sunset.
Disliked: Only 1 chair in the room, no sewing kit could be found for a repair that needed doing.(usually find one in the rooms i stay in)

A very professionally run hotel.

Liked: Staff were very polite, helpful & professional. The young lady responsible for the breakfast food area around 08.00 a.m. was particularly friendly, helpful & professional.
Disliked: We were surprised that parking is chargeable albeit at a reasonable rate.

Liked: Very comfortable bed and room very clean.
Disliked: The evening meal service in the restaurant was very slow. We went in at 6.30pm and ordered straight away. it took until 7.20pm for the main meal. My colleague ordered chicken salad with a potion of chips. The chips got brought to the table at 6.40pm on their own and the salad then came at 7.20pm. Not good.

Superb

Liked: A Clean room and comfortable bed.Breakfast exceptional with all items fresh and they even have hallal saussages.They also cater for vegetarians.I loved their croissant fresh and yammy and incredible cappuccino.I used the gym as well as it was part of my routine back home.Dr Adam Gorine
Disliked: I had to pay for parking, which was expensive.
