Liked: Having just returned from a two week trip to Brisbane and Sydney prior to our Queenstown trip and previously staying at a similar level of accommadation, what made our Hilton Queenstown stay stand out was the quality of the service from the staff. EVERY interaction with a staff member, even if just in the hallway or lift in passing, was was an experience of warm friendly smiling service, a genuine sense of caring that our needs were well met and that we were enjoying our stay.Full credit to all of your staff ...... and a big pat on the back for the person responsible for implementing your excellent staff training program. Its working!!We also enjoyed both the spacious and comfortable bedroom and bathroom facilities. Superbly well presented, neat, very clean and well presented. Super comfortable bed made for great sleep in a nice quiet, peacefull environment.

Liked: Friendly attentive service by all staff. Spacious room, fabulous bathroom , with a bath. Loved our pre dinner drinks by the firepit, enjoyed the peaceful lake views.

Liked: Great view and nice facilities! Spa was wonderful. Room needs a little attention as the mirror looked like it had graffiti but wasn't fully cleaned. Beds were a bit cheap IMO. I'd still stay again though! Nice to not be in the main heart of tourist town that is a bit gimmicky and be able to take a water taxi in!
