Liked: The facilities, location and view was amazing.
Disliked: The place was madness with a conference, therefore staff focus was elsewhere. Normal guests were forgotten.

Liked: the rooms at Hilton residence is categorised as 2 bedroom bu they are merely partitioned room. and over priced.
Disliked: the room. the advertisement and mention of the website is misleading. located in a far away isolated location. The quality of breakfast is poor less choice and most of the serving dishes were empty.

Liked: location setting was amazingNo view from the room which should discount the cost of the stay
Disliked: A free water taxi service in to Queenstown Bay, Hilton should have their own dedicated boat & driver

Great , enjoyed the getaway.

Liked: Great view , freindly staff and all you need is close by.
Disliked: Bed not very comfortable, the room clean was only done very late in the day ( after 5pm ) most days so couldn't return for an afternoon nap or freshen up for dinner.

Wonderful stay with fab views...

Liked: Excellent room with fabulous views of lake and easy access to the waterfront. We had a lovely meal at the Wakatipu Grill.
Disliked: Noisy toilet. The toilet made a strange crying like sound. It was surprisingly noisy.
