The price was too high...

Liked: The pool was so good. Loved it. Rooms were cozy and beds too the view was amazing.
Disliked: Concierge was a bit cold. The coffee and milk complementary provided in the room was less so had to call again to get more but not an issue.

Would stay here again without...

Liked: Great view, albeit dirty windows. Great room....lots of space.
Disliked: Breakfast options. Dirty exterior windows. Wasn't able to take good photos of great view of Old Quebec because window exterior was so dirty/spotted would have made poor photo memories.

Disliked: There was a stain in the toilet bowl when we arrived.

Great place to stay with...

Liked: The location was excellent. The amenities were very nice. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Housekeeping needed a bit more attention to detail. hard to keep clean during winter. Not enough shampoo in the room. Slow to deliver towels when requested.
