over all it was a...

Liked: room, facilities, staff
Disliked: request for room decoration with a minimum of balloons for mom bday wasnt done, at other Hilton its been done nicely in my previous experience

dissapointed from a hilton hotel...

Liked: bed was comfortable and nice view
Disliked: first the lady who welcomed us and gave us our access card for the room was very rude ,second no water was available in the room wich is bare minimum to have ...napkins box in the batheroom had one napkin left wasnt changed

Good hotel - Great bar...

Liked: It's in a good location, modern, and has excellent views. The room is good-sized. The bar staff is fantastic but beware of the cocktails. The conversation and banter were enjoyable.

Wonderful Stay

Liked: Loved the location and the overall vibe of the hotel it was perfect for us! We had so much fun Hilton Quebec did not disappoint. The staff was great with the language barrier and very helpful The food was fantastic.
Disliked: We didn't have any issues here or anything that stands out that we didn't like. The staff was very accommodating and helpful for all our needs.
