Liked: Location was perfect for our event at Lupo's as well as the friendly hotel and parking staff.

It was awesome from the valet parking staff to the front desk staff - they we so helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. I will reccommend that hotel to anyone i know.

Liked: I was traveling alone and I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and easily engaged. They greeted me with open arms, check on me when I returned from my day, and even walked me to the restaurant ( so I could find it easier)

Disliked: Customer Service - Only 1 front desk member who appeared to have a cold so not very friendly. She left a staff member to man the desk but he couldn't provide us with a key. We were late to a city tour because we couldn't exit the parking lot. No one would answer the help call so I had to go back inside.
