Our stay was amazing.

Liked: The location and being in close proximity (walking distance) of a lot shopping and eateries was amazing. Being able to walk onto our balcony and watch the fountain show only added to the satisfaction.

Wonderful room / wonderful hotel...

Liked: Room was very nice
Disliked: We had a noise issue / our room was located by this holiday tree that played music till 10:30 pm and it was LOUD / room overlooked an Irish bar and the music shakes the windows until 2:25 am / had the tv volume on 70 and still would not drown out the music / bad location for either a hotel room or the bar / not a good mix lol/ manager was lovely though at your property site / she was understanding / professional and listened to our concerns / great manager . This was Saturday night stay November 16 / 2024 ! Anyone booking this room should be made aware of the SEVERE noise problem / thanks so much for your time

Disliked: Paid extra for balcony room, we did have a very small balcony that was looking straight at a green roof, very underwhelming for sure. Linens with coffee stains and other stains (were replaced when requested).

Disliked: The partying going on till 2 in morning and no hot water to take shower
