Liked: This property is beyond the expectations. the staff, the facilities, the food, the rooms and everything was great.

Good stay, convenient location, great...

Liked: Being not inside the old town, making it possible for this property to offer a great value of money, however, it’s still very convenient due to its location near the bus station and Florenc metro. Great breakfast variety and great staff in the reception.
Disliked: The hot Asian soup in the breakfast is not good, though other dishes are excellent. Generally hard to find something to complain especially considering its price (compared to the old town)

Liked: Clean room, huge building all restaurants, cafes inside in one property, so kind personnel, 2 stops to the center.

no value for money.

Liked: The spa and gym themselves were nice, but the service there was bad.The room was good, but the cleaning was not thorough. Not everything was cleaned, and the towels were not changed even once—they were not fresh.
Disliked: I would like to share some feedback about the breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality has been quite poor. The selection is the same every day, the sausage does not seem fresh, and it looks like food from the previous day is being reused.
