Good experience to visit Prague

Liked: Good location, near the old town, you can walk to the mall to the old clock to the small market…..
Disliked: when checking we spent long time waiting our stuffs. only one guy doing for all customers…

Luxury hotel with amazing rooms...

Liked: Great location, new rooms and facilities, excellent breakfast, nice executive launch.
Disliked: SPA area is very very small and insufficient.

Great Hotel

Liked: The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room service was excellent. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Prague
