Liked: I prebooked and fully prepaid for 2 queen rooms. On arrival there was only 1 queen room and 1 twin room available. What’s the point of prebooking and prepaying for rooms if they don’t keep them for you? I was also charged for breakfasts on the day on arrival even though I only checked in at 10:30pm at night. Not very happy about this.

Very comfortable stay

Liked: Comfortable room, great breakfast, very nice restaurants nearby, close to the old town, sauna.
Disliked: Expensive parking. No direct windows in the breakfast area.
