Disliked: The behavior of two staff members, Mr. Ferrera and Ms. Campos, was truly unacceptable. Although there was availability shown on Booking.com, Mr. Ferrera at the front desk insisted that there were no rooms available. When we made a reservation through Booking.com, he then said that only twin rooms were available and offered an upgrade or downgrade. If that was possible, why didn’t he offer these options in the first place? He was not welcoming at all. He did also make problems about card payment. We have also filed a complaint about him with hotel management.As for Ms. Campos, she was standing at the entrance of the restaurant and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite our polite request, she did not allow us to enter even 5 minutes early, even though we had a very early flight.
