Liked: the hotel and pool were great.
Disliked: we ordered room service and there was mix up with the order so we had to share one dinner. Not the end of the world, but to an exhausted traveler it was annoying.

Liked: Close to airport, ample parking around hotel, parking is $10 per day though. We also received a room that could be a connecting room, as a result we could hear the tv from the room next door quite clearly. Expensive for what you get.

Disliked: Very very shabby room, bathroom door was rotten at bottom, it wasn’t clean. Balcony door would not shut properly shower head needed sorting out, corridors felt in need of refurbishing. They stated it had been refurbished but couldn’t see where there poor value for the money that was charged and then breakfast on top was a bit much that was also poor

Liked: The shuttle driver Seb was hilarious .Ryan, on reception was very helpful .The room was big , the beds comfortable and the breakfast great
Disliked: A bit expensive but that is the price for staying at an airport

Liked: First time at the property. It was better than expected and we all agreed that we would probably stay at this property again in the future.
