The hotel made it bad.

Liked: Hilton’s breakfast is always excellent and I always overeat when I have it. I plan to do so. It’s awesome!!
Disliked: I only stay at hilton hotels. This was my worst experience. I’m never disappointed when I stay at Hilton Hotels. However, this time made up for the others. My room had chipped paint, my door hanger for my robe was broken off, hair was on my tub, the light switch for the lamp on the right side of the bed was broken, the tv remote was greasy like it had not been cleaned, the rod to pull the curtain closed on the right was broken off and had not been replaced, the phone in the room did not work at all. I could not get any information regarding services downstairs without my husband actually going down there. I hate so bad that we stayed at Hilton for this trip. I didn’t think I would ever say that about a Hiton facility. I was ready to go soon after I got there. If my hotel room is not up to par, it usually puts a 65% damper on my trip. This is just me. However, this time I was very disappointed. It was awful!

Liked: First night we arrived. The air would not go below 75. We had someone come in when we arrive to check it supposedly fixed it. It was so hot. You cannot even sleep next morning. We were told that it would be fixed.Return the next afternoon after a day out, and our room was hot again and was never fixed. Was totally be compensated, but we were never compensated a family that we were with got a discount off our rooms. We never received one very disappointed.

My stay was quiet but...

Liked: The walls were dirty. I begin to make coffee it was dust inside the coffee maker. The pillows on the couch are dirty and stink!
