Disliked: Not the cleanest; all foods/bar closed early on a friday night.

Bad experience

Liked: The lobby looks nice and smell good.
Disliked: The room is old. The bed is not that comfortable. The shower drain is clogged even I didn’t wash my hair and shower just for 2 minutes. It was flooded all over the bathroom. My husband asked for water and no one offered us. Normally every hotel would offer 2 free bottles of water, but Hilton in this area gives us nothing. We don’t have a good experience and not worth the money to stay at this hotel.

Liked: As we were driving from Kitchener ON, it was a long day. The room was very comfy, and we had a good nights sleep.

Walked blocks late at night...

Disliked: Parking was a joke. First, I had to pay $38 for parking. Second, the parking garage was locked at 11pm. I couldn’t park my car where I paid to park it.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The location was perfect for our first visit to St. LOUIS. We had easy access to the metro- close to the Arch and Busch stadium. Your cleaning staff is exceptional! They provided us extra coffee and creamer upon request and very friendly!
Disliked: I did not like that there was not any water bottle filling stations in the hotel. Having water bottle filling stations will help reduce plastic waste.
