Liked: The room was good. I thought there was a microwave. The staff was exceptional. The family really enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious. We also enjoy the indoor pool.
Disliked: The little refrigerator did not seem cold. In the shower up by the shower head towards the left, there is a dirty, nasty vent?

Disappointed I've had better with...

Liked: The place was clean, and looked like it could be managed well.
Disliked: Well I ask for a room for a disabled person , to insure we had a walk in shower which we didn't received and it had no Door at the bathroom and had a tub with the sliding door the wrong side, anyway I asked the front desk about that he seemed shocked and said he would change it for me ,moved to another room that was fine just that the attention to details was missing, next morning went to breakfast which was paid for during my reservation in advance, never new there was a procedure the staff yelled at me asking for my pass which I didn't know anything about they told me to go back to the front desk get verified now I had the reservation open on my phone just incase they needed anything that good enough, so l marched back up to the front desk while my lady who recently had knee surgery had to waited till I got back from the front desk where the clerk had to look up reservation and hand write my passes for the next days use ,which they should have given to me at check in, and the front desk not once apologize for any of my inconveniences and I feel if they had did it right the first time we would have been fine . (PS) I never ever had a room with no bathroom Door...
