A lot of money for...

Liked: Location of hotel is great - very central to what we wanted to see. The size of the room was good.
Disliked: We had requested early check-in. Was told could do 2pm instead of 4pm and they would call us. We never received a call so we just came back at 4pm. The room was not the corner queen suite that I had seen in pictures on line and was quite a dark room so that was a little disappointing. The bed is very hard so our sleep was not great. I had booked the hotel myself but my husband who is a diamond member usually does this and when we tried to have his number added for our points, were a bit rudely dismissed as booking was in my name so not possible to add our membership for the stay.

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: The location was so convenient being right beside Gare St Lazare. Simple access to so many shops and restaurants. Was perfect for our first time in Paris.
