Liked: This is my second time staying at this beloved Hotel, as the location is pristine and the staff are amazing. Lounge is a wonderful addition, breakfast is exquisite, and the hotel lobby is so gorgeous!
Disliked: I was here in 2022, and compared to then; feel that the hotel in some ways needs an upgrade; for example the rugs don’t seem clean, and there are little notable nuances that could also use an upgrade. At the same time, I would still come back and stay here again as a loyal Hilton member!

Beautiful hotel in a great...

Liked: Beautiful building and the bar area was particularly special. It was also in a great position to walk to places for site seeing.
Disliked: We had booked a “triple room suitable for 3 adults” to celebrate a 16th birthday. We were allocated a double room with travel cot. This needed changing and involved a very late night while we waiting for a “put you up” bed to be put at the end of the double. This made the room very cramped. The bar was also extremely slow service. We gave up on our second drink.

Disliked: room was a little small but the bathroom made up for it
