Liked: Everything about this property was outstanding!
Disliked: Paid parking in the lot was a lot for this property. Luckily street parking is safe and convenient.

All in all a good...

Liked: The location was perfect. The facilities were well maintained and every staff member we encountered was extremely kind and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately we found old food in the fridge and the consistency of cleaning times were tricky. Once at 4:30 pm (and we had been out all day) and the next morning at 9:00 am. That said, the rest of the room and bathroom were clean.

Great stay for Pride weekend.

Liked: The hotel was located 2 blocks from the pride festival. The room was good sized, and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay!!!
Disliked: The restaurant had a limited menu and hardly anyone was there. The shower head was leaking and shooting up to the ceiling.

2024 Pride Weekend

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel to downtown Palm Springs. The staff was great. Parking was great. The pool location was great. The room was located on the other side of the property. We had a view of the street. Wasn't too noisy.
Disliked: We were given the keys to an occupied room which is pretty dangerous if the man had been in the room. Then we were given the wrong keys as I had two rooms. There was floss found in the ice bucket. The lights near the pool were limited at night. so it was very dark walking to the other building.
