Bad

Disliked: There was blood stains on my comforter. The comforter was washed so many times the fluff in it looks like dirt and wasn’t comfortable. The room wasn’t clean. Dust everywhere there was muck in between the glass and the dresser like it’s been wiped but never picked up and cleaned underneath, the breakfast they charged 30 for is free at every hotel I’ve ever been at

Exceptional

Liked: There isn't much to not like, plenty of restaurant choices in and around the hotel. The pool area was nice, the rooms and nice sized, neat, and clean. The elevators don't take a ridiculous amount of time even the the hotel itself is huge. The staff was very accommodating, this was my fist time traveling alone due to a recent disability. Not only did the staff help me with my luggage while I waited in line to check-in, they also made sure that someone was able to transport my luggage to my room. The extra bonus was staff informed me of a scooter service that would deliver to the hotel. It made my stay extremely more tolerable than what I imagined it to be due to my limited mobility.
Disliked: The hotel is large enough to not charge for Wi-Fi.

Great location for our day...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. The coffee in the room and at the restaurant was very good. Service was great and we would go again.
Disliked: We missed the last shuttle to Universal which was around 11am. I wish they would have had more shuttles during the day, but we were able to work around it.

The lobby/amenities and staff are...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and the amenities(pool, lobby area, restaurants, fitness center) were all great. The hotel is in a great location close to the convention center and lots of things to do close by.
Disliked: The rooms are very very very dated. We had an issue with our room. The room smelled musty and was dirty. The carpet felt weird when you walked it. Almost like crunchy and sticky. At night there was a loud humming sound. The front desk manager was very nice. The next day we were switched to a different room. The smell wasn’t as strong as the 1st room but it was still musty. The room was cleaner than the first, but again these room need to be revamped! That night when we went to bed we found that the fitted sheets were so old that they were full of fuzzy beads(I don’t know how to describe it) it felt horrible to sleep on. I complained the next day & was told housekeeping would change the sheets but that never happened.I was embarrassed to complain so much so I just asked them to cut out stay short and we checked out a day early.

Liked: The pool resort was very nice.
Disliked: Went for a conference. Every room smelled like dirty mop water. Nothing included at all, $100 a day for "amenities", but don't even have free coffee? Lol
