Liked: Location; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room to my liking and they won't let you use a luggage cart to take your baggage to your room - they try to force you into having to tip someone to do it. Had to pay to park. Didn't have king sized pillows on a king size bed.

Would search elsewhere to find other accommodation at a cheaper price; tired of being charged all these other charges and not told of any other charges when done on the computer.

Liked: Nice, clean and neat.
Disliked: Surcharge of $22.00 and charge for parking of $14.00 - not notified ahead of time.

Liked: Everything was great, the customer service was great, the breakfast Buffett at the restaurant was amazing, so was the charcuterie board at the bar... .the location was great for what we were doing going to Disney springs everyday....I give it a 5 star.
Disliked: I feel the rooms need to be updated to much brown like the 90's but it was clean , and I feel that all hotel rooms should not have carpet.

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: We really liked the complimentary tickets for cold waters and hot coffee in their marketplace.
Disliked: Our air unit didn't function to our liking. The price of the drinks at the pool bar far surpassed the average at the springs.
