Probably won't stay there again.

Liked: Location; bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room to my liking and they won't let you use a luggage cart to take your baggage to your room - they try to force you into having to tip someone to do it. Had to pay to park. Didn't have king sized pillows on a king size bed.

Would search elsewhere to find other accommodation at a cheaper price; tired of being charged all these other charges and not told of any other charges when done on the computer.

Liked: Nice, clean and neat.
Disliked: Surcharge of $22.00 and charge for parking of $14.00 - not notified ahead of time.

Great hotel for access to...

Liked: Location was fantastic for Disney Spring which was only a 5 minute walk away. The view over Disney Springs and towards Epcot was stunning and enabled you to enjoy your own private showing of the Disney fireworks from the comfort of your hotel room.
Disliked: The rooms were dated and needed refurbishment. For someone with Food Intolerances the buffet breakfast was not suitable and it was very pricey to keep getting food made up special.

Definitely worth the money!

Liked: Loved the marketplace was open until 1am , loved I could walk to Disney springs, loved the pool and the bar at the pool the beauty of the gardens around the pool. Late checkout was nice. Liked you had someone that texted you if needed anything liked the dvd rental
Disliked: Wished could’ve checked in sooner the day we arrived actually had to wait 15-20 min later to check in and was very exhausted

Location is great with plenty...

Liked: Location was good and the coffee availability was excellent. Also, plant of snacks and such to choose from. The staff was hot or miss as far as being accommodating but all in all it was just ok. Valet services were great and very accommodating. They seemed short staffed but everywhere is right now.
Disliked: Our room was very dated and I wouldn’t have called it clean by any means. It was picked up every day and from what I experienced the housekeeping staff did the best with what they had. Everything is just old. Also, DVD rentals and a DVD player???? Even if Disney is the only thing streaming, but weird in this day and age to have to rent a DVD!!Seems crazy for sure.
