Decent location but over priced,...

Liked: Over priced parking, not enough staff for check in. Pool is too small for the size of the property. Unable to stream tv, regular cable or pay for movies. My booking included breakfast but no info what that included so got charged for breakfast. My first stay in a Hilton and not what I was expecting

Liked: I just have to give the biggest thank you to the incredible concierge Cynthia, who truly outdid herself during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond—not only helping us with everything we needed, but doing so with genuine kindness and care.She provided us with great information, thoughtful recommendations, and stayed in touch throughout our trip to make sure everything was perfect. What touched me most was how she made my daughter’s birthday absolutely unforgettable. Loved floating on the lazy...

Liked: The pool area is gorgeous! I especially LOVED the HEATED Lazy River!!!
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room was RIGHT ACROSS from the 4 elevators on the 14 floor. We heard everyone coming and going, as well as the sound of the elevator mechanisms...Of course, we were only aware of all the noise in the evening when we were settling down for the night, so it was too late to request a new room. DO NOT ACCEPT A ROOM directly across from the elevators!
