Liked: The location was superb literally a 10 min walk over to Disney springs. However the rooms were awful and definitely not worth the price. I paid for an Epcot view room … the patios were disgusting, carpets smelled old, sheets were not clean ( had stains) and there were those really annoying sugar ants on the computer desk area. The best part of my stay was the buffet breakfast and the ability to walk to Disney springs otherwise I truly regretted paying so much money for my 3 day stay and def wouldn’t be returning to this Hilton.
Disliked: Didn’t like the beds, the uncleanliness of the sheets, how dirty the patio was and the patio furniture, the unpleasant scent of the room and hallways, the NOISE ! Idk what was happening on the 10th floor but the noise felt like I was literally at whatever event there was every night. And the sugar ants in my room on the computer desk were very annoying … I couldn’t even rest my coffee down … also some of the plugs in my room weren’t working. Overall I was just extremely disappointed and I think it had to do with the fact that I spent so much money for a 3 night stay (Epcot view room) that I truly didn’t enjoy or wasn’t worth it.

Disliked: The staff member who did the check in continuously calls people “love” and then I requested a microwave for my baby bottles that I never got. Plus is very inconvenient the way to go to the pool building and find the room
