Disliked: I would like a full refund. I’ve been trying to contact you. We had period stains on the wall near the toilet, we had bugs in the bed and on the counter. My wife is full of rashes, it’s loud we couldn’t sleep. Turn on alarm clocks allWrong. The very loud ac not only has filthy filters but goes on automatically all the time at night waking Everyone up. Mould all over. The parking barrier machine also broken. Pool was filthy with a dead frog floating in it. Safes stuck with cello-tape It’s a filthy hotel, understaffed and needs to be fully refurbished or knocked down.

Disliked: Dated lobby. I also thought it ridiculous that the bar manager closed the lobby down at 12:30 on a Saturday night. He literally told us you can’t sit here anymore. The lobby needs to be emptied. Shocking. I didn’t know lobbies can close.
