Unhelpful staff; tried charging £24 more than quote; first room full of dust, cobwebs and cigarette butts outside window. View was of a rundown building and not the partial street view quoted. My friend is severely asthmatic! Second room had one flannel for two people, no hand soap, no bible, desk lamp didn't work. The cost of breakfast is a rip off for £19 as food was very poor! Of all the hotels I've stayed in over the last 35 years, this is the worst!

Liked: Very good location , staff were helpful . Parking in the Multi-storey car park was convenient . Toiletries were nice and quality if towels and comfort of bed was good.
Disliked: Rooms were really small - no wardrobe just a clothes rail and very cheap coffee sachets in room. No where to work with a laptop unless you sat on bed

Liked: Staff were very attentive. Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. The staff in the health club were especially helpful. Unfortunately the lift to the health club was out of order which made it a little difficult to get to with a pram.
