Liked: Hotel didn't seem to have an identity. It looked like a random assortment of structures tied together, there was no flow. Exterior looked like something from the Eastern Bloc in the 1980s. Amenities were few and far between, even a KCup was 3 dollars. No food/shopping opportunities within walking distance. Parking lot looked desolate. Sports bar was underwhelming. Fundamentally disappointed.

Liked: I liked the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable as well.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great by any stretch of the imagination and it was way overpriced.

Liked: Love the breakfast, not a big fan of the sausages, they were a little tough but everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend this fantastic hotel over any other one for anyone staying around the Northbrook area. :)
Disliked: Had some issues towards our last full day and morning with the elevators but luckily the other elevator was turned on for use. One issue we came across during our visit was using the digital room key would deactivate your physical key and you would have to go to the front desk to have them reprogram it, but not too bad of an issue, definitely a quick fix.
