Liked: The staff here are INCREDIBLE they can’t do enough to help you! We stayed here with our baby after my husband came out of hospital and they bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and at home and it was such a relief after a traumatic event!
Disliked: The rooms are a tad dated and could have been cleaner but this wasn’t the end of the world!

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional, very well presented and all the staff were professional, extremely helpful, very kind and made us feel that we mattered.
Disliked: The room was tired, the shower was awful, the toilet roll holder was hanging off, there was nowhere to put clothes etc., the edge of the shower room was grubby and there was no towel rail or radiator. The heating system was disappointing as it was quite difficult to use.We were not happy that we had to pay to park as we were staying there, this seemed rather a shabby way to conduct the hotel business.
