Liked: Very comfortable room and big bathroom. Excellent bed.
Disliked: We didn't get the complimentary water in the room, had to go and ask at reception. There is no additional toiletries provided like cotton pads etc. - possibly you need to also ask for it.

Disliked: The way the bed moved

Disliked: Room outdated, scratched and chipped furniture, not what I would expect from a Hilton

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Good gym (pool no longer open). Good meals... Wi-fi is an issue for me at all Hilton Hotels because of security settings on phone. Apparently it is rare, and there is a way to fix it.
Disliked: Wi-fi won't wotk if security settings ate high

Liked: We enjoyed our stay with you and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially breakfast.
Disliked: The taxi company you use let us down and took bubble the time they said it would take them to arrive and we missed an appointment.
