The customer service was outstanding. The hotel was very clean. The overall stay was good and I will come back again.

Disliked: Nothing to mention. Eating at the hotel was a little pricey.

Wonderful Place to stay and...

Liked: this is a gorgeous hotel, situated near the Norfolk Harbor and within a block of the Naticus Museum. Onsite parking garage is attached to the hotel and very easy to self park and check in. The hotel was fabulously decorated for Christmas during our visit and all 3 restaurants on site were very good. Casual Rooftop Grain is great for lunch or drinks with a view, Saltine was lovely for dinner and the Breakfast served in hotel cafe was very good. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The TV was difficult to deal with, no channel guide and no instructions how too use the complicated TV system , but that was the only minor problem.

Liked: View was fantastic and the bed was comfortable it was right across the street from my work Christmas party
Disliked: Of all the elevators there were only two running and one of the nights we had to wait in line to use the service elevators. Then, on our check out, we had to wait over ten min to catch the elevator with both our arms packed with luggage, and then still ended up having to use the service elevator again.

Liked: Love hotel as a whole. Guest and staff are always welcoming.
Disliked: When we arrived room was not ready. However we were informed they had a booked hotel last night and have many large parties or guest today. Waited 30 minutes went back to counter and room was still night ready. So they offer ma another room on different floor. At that point I accepted. Get to room an I felt what I paid for was not for this room. I was in room 1222 the water pressure in sink was very poor. I did not complain I cope with this stay until I left. Went to Grain for dinner. They were book. Went on waiting list. When we were called they sat us behind greeting desk. Seated for 2. It was very cold. Sitting in front door to outside patio. Every time someone enter or exit patio I felt like I was. Getting sand blasted cold and wind. I had a shirt on because I was staying in hotel. So I asked waitresses we could move. She seemed irritated and told us we can go back on list and wait for 45 minutes or just deal with where we were seated. I that point I was ready to go. My lady went to the gentleman at desk and pointed to a table away from door where customers had left but table need cleaning. And he said yes and made arrangements by staff to reseat us.
