Not good experience. Staff could...

Liked: Location was good. But served same breakfast daily.
Disliked: Basic things were not provided in room.. Drinking water, toilet kits, shaving kits.The reception didn't knew much about facilities available.

Liked: Location facilities and room were great as were the staff
Disliked: All hot breakfast food was cold on both days - really badFresh fruit poor - under ripe melon - cheap tasting orange juice

Luxurious hotel, friendly staff, great...

Liked: Lovely room, great views of the river and Tyne Bridge. We were in Newcastle for a concert at the Glasshouse so ideal location. Enjoyed an early swim, staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only complaint was being woken at 2:30 am by a rowdy group in the corridor but went straight back to sleep.
