We like to stay at...

Liked: Location is convenient and close to subway.
Disliked: Check in time of 4 pm is too late, andPaying to store luggage for a few hours after check out feels that convenience for guest is not important.

Location is great but Rooms...

Liked: Bathrooms were not as clean as expected. New towels had stains and dirt on it and so did the ceiling and mirror in the bathroom. Extra blanket in the closet was visibly dusty.

Liked: Great location, great views from high floors, very clean, very safe, friendly staff
Disliked: Unresponsive to phone calls and updating the reservation. Tried several weeks prior through booking and directly to the hotel and on day of arrival. Tried going from 4 nights to 3 nights and did not have a response.
