Liked: May stay was so good. The workers were amazing, excellent treatment. The cleaning vas really good. This hotel has excellent location. everything's was really really good for me, the cleaning, the workers, the views to Time Square. I was really happy there.

Liked: The hotel was lovely and clean. The staff at the bar were very friendly and always helpful.
Disliked: I spoke to the desk as the room opposite mine they were making so much noise screaming and slamming the doors. They said they would get security to speak to them which never happened as it carried on for another hour. I’m not normally one to complain but when you have a migraine and an early flight the next day you want to try and get some sleep. Also on the Hilton website it states FREE Storage which is a complete lie as they charge you $5 for each case. Never known to be charged this. Was told it was security ? Not sure how as it’s just locked in a cupboard also I have been New York 4 times and this is the first time I have been charged, the lady behind the desk kept saying it’s been like this for ages but when I mentioned I haven’t been charged before she changed her story. It’s ashame really as the hotel is lovely and the views are great! Just this let them down
