Liked: George on reception was very polite and professional. House keeping did a great job every day and were very accommodating. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There were some shady looking characters hanging around both entrances to the hotel at night.

Disliked: Checkout time on the door says 12:00 but maid service said 11:00 and needed us out of the room. Was not friendly

Great location, great facilities.

Liked: Fantastic location a stone’s throw from Times Square. Welcoming and friendly staff throughout. Good sized rooms, comfy beds, warm, decent shower! Concierge stored our bags efficiently. We did not eat at the hotel at all so cannot comment on that.

Incredible stay at Hilton Time...

Liked: Stefanie in the reception and Mr Archie were extremely helpful, patient, and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Time Square. The rooms were large for NYC, the views were amazing. We had a few hiccups during the process but everything was handled professionally and quickly
Disliked: Nothing
