Was not worth the cost - there was still food on the floor from the person before, and the bathroom light didn't shut off because of it's motion sensor, and room service stops at 11pm. Never will stay there again.

Liked: Front desk very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Dirty floors, really small room for expensive price, room service stop's at 11pm.

Ok for a short stay

Liked: Room was generally pretty clean and the express checkout is very convenient.
Disliked: Two things I hated about this room 1) the toilet had no lid?? Gross. 2) They put a shower curtain on a standing shower which as you can guess, results in the entire bathroom being flooded. Double gross.

Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: A man in a black hoodie who was not a guest of the hotel went past security and followed me up the elevator to the 11th floor, asking me for sexual favors . Which frightened me, and I'm very upset about this, especially happening at an upscale hotel like the Hilton.

Liked: The bed was the best. So soft with numerous pillows. They had a great rooftop lounge with a fantastic view. Hilton NY fashion district was near numerous places to eat with some being quite affordable.Also they gave me an extra hout late checkout til noon on the house
Disliked: Absolutely no view from my room Look out to an alley and another building. I booked through booking.com and I was suppose to get free upgrade and free breakfast. Told them I belonged to Hilton honors so that gave me two free waters. I was there two days and when I checked in girl at desk first day said they were full and could not accommodate upgrade and no free breakfast. She blamed it on booking.com. The next day Martha was at desk and I tried again. Martha said not too many had checked out so no upgrade again but did give me free continental breakfast

Disliked: The city view room was not a view of the city but more of the building across the street.

Excellent Location out of the...

Liked: The location is excellent - out of the busy Times Square Area, close to Flatiron which is great for shopping, eating and sight seeing. Walking distance to most places. I would stay at this location again!
Disliked: All properties in NYC are expensive and you have to deal with small rooms.

Great New York stay at...

Liked: Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and well kept hotel. Room were a bit small but its New Yorks so that's expected. Rooms were clean and a well kept. Had a restaurants and rooftop bars on-site. Gym was nice and clean. 10 mins drive (20 min walk) away from Time Square. 20-30 min drive away from Newark airport depending on traffic. Lots of shopping, eating, entertainment nearby. Lots of New York site seeing spots in walking distance. Hotel had discount parking at a nearby parking garage. Definitely would stay again.
Disliked: Rooms were a bit small but again its New York so that's kind of expected. Other than that, everything else was great. Staff was great and welcoming and courteous. Hotel was clean and well kept.
