Was not worth the cost - there was still food on the floor from the person before, and the bathroom light didn't shut off because of it's motion sensor, and room service stops at 11pm. Never will stay there again.
Liked: Front desk very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Dirty floors, really small room for expensive price, room service stop's at 11pm.

Negative Experience at the Hotel:...
Liked: location was ok.
Disliked: During my stay at the hotel, I encountered several serious problems that were highly disappointing.Room size discrepancy: I booked a room with an area of 28 m² but was given a significantly smaller one – around 20 m². Instead of resolving the issue, the staff blamed the third-party booking platform.Breakfast quality and cost: For a breakfast costing $55, only 1 croissant per person were offered – this absolutely does not match the price. When I raised this issue, the hotel staff claimed that the restaurant is not owned by the hotel. Also lemon as fruit was offered! PERFECT!Room cleanliness: The room was dirty, and there was even a puddle on the floor.Instead of offering solutions, the staff spent time pointing fingers and avoiding responsibility. This kind of attitude undermines trust and leaves a very negative impression.I sincerely hope that the hotel management will reconsider its approach to addressing guest issues and taking responsibility for the services provided. At this time, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

A disappointing stay with misleading...
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: I booked this hotel expecting a 28 sq.m room as advertised, but it was ca. 20 sq.m. Disappointing. The breakfast was overpriced at €56 for minimal options what I paid here in advance (croissant, a few melon slices), though it was later replaced with a $15 voucher (So I changed 56 euro to 28 euro). My tip for you: Oats + cofee + croissant + fruits in Starbucks at the corner will be 15$.The room had maintenance issues, including a flooded shower upon check-in. Reception staff were unhelpful, providing only a regional manager’s email, to which we received no response.Overall, this hotel does not meet Hilton standards. Consider staying at Fairfield Suites instead – better value, free breakfast, happy hour, and similar-sized rooms, modern. Use this Hilton hotel only for a basic overnight stay.

Very nice hotel, great location,...
Liked: Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Good bed. Good breakfast options.
Disliked: Breakfast room a bit on the small side and the tables were tiny. A couple mornings we had a cold draft blowing down on our shoulders from from the air vents in the ceiling.
