Was not worth the cost - there was still food on the floor from the person before, and the bathroom light didn't shut off because of it's motion sensor, and room service stops at 11pm. Never will stay there again.

Disliked: the hotel denied check-in despite fully pre-paid room.the hotel insisted on US$ 100 per night of deposit, where in the reservation via booking.com we had agreed on just US$ 100.the hotel could not produce any document supporting their claim that US$ 100 per night would be their "policy".they only could produce the booking.com document which said US$100 .still they insisted on charging my credit card with what they thought they would like to have.and on top of that, they claimed it was "standard" on all hotels in New York.guess what - that is just a lie.when I gave in on the deposit they liked, they were about to check me in - just to abruptly cancel the check in when I said "the way you behave it looks like you do not want to have any good reviews".

Excellent location and decent stay!

Liked: The location was excellent, restaurant staff was very polite and courteous.
Disliked: But the front desk staff was very curt, direct and blunt. Also the water purifier was broken throughout our stay, and the lady at the front reception was hesitant to share more than two mini bottles ( 1 l in total for one day) for a family of 6 including a toddler ( we had booked 3 rooms). When I asked her to let me know once the purifier is fixed, so that I can come down and get water, she was very disrespectful and did not even take down my room number. In the end, her colleague at the front reception intervened and gave me additional bottles for the night. It was a very unpleasant experience, which I would not have expected at a chain as Hilton. Also the breakfast included comment was very misleading as no it was just pastry and coffee that was included. We had to pay for additional for even eggs, which was disappointing. I would recommend to mention continental breakfast only included. Having stayed at multiple hotels around the world, breakfast included always has atleast cold cuts, eggs, bacon and sausages. Five star chains across Kerala has a very sumptuous spread with over 30 plus items.
