Disappointing

Liked: There is a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel. The bar was a long wait and the food was not as described . The rooms were clean so that was nice. They did not refund for the cancelation I made for the following weekend so I ended up with a big fee for a stay I didn’t take.

pleasant

Liked: Facility was clean and staff were very professional.
Disliked: Parking access didn't work entering or leaving parking structure forcing us to wait for someone with a working card to assist. Fortunately they issued new cards that worked. Paying $35 to park at a hotel is ridicules.

There was supposed to be...

Liked: I liked the front desk attendant named Randi and the staff in the restaurant.
Disliked: The male front desk attendant was not helpful at all.
