There was supposed to be...

Liked: I liked the front desk attendant named Randi and the staff in the restaurant.
Disliked: The male front desk attendant was not helpful at all.

We enjoyed it.

well located for grren hills...

Liked: . staff uniformly friendly and helpful. Hotel is understaffed though. No one at door to help unload ( did in earlier years). Feel like motel in that sense. /Rooms clean, Beds great, Common rooms all nice - a bit sterile and not used. For first time in sevewral visits the hotel was busy which was nice and better vibes.
Disliked: Buffet breakfast is just adequate - food not fresh enough. But convenient area is in long term construction zone and roads bad.

Liked: Breakfast was ok, the location was great. The manager Jeff was great, and the bartenders Pablo and Laney were also great. Thank you.
Disliked: Some lady at the lobby desk was not nice

The stay was nice but...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff and facilities was nice. The location was great. The executive lounge was a nice convenience.
Disliked: Very disappointed with having to pay for parking inside the hotel’s parking garage. That should be included. Is the price I pay to stay at the hotel not enough? That alone makes me consider other options next time I travel. Also got charged full price for breakfast when It was supposed to be credited.

We always love this Hilton!...

Liked: This Hilton is one of the nicest I've seen. It is clean, has friendly and helpful staff, and is centrally located with ease of parking and location.
Disliked: There is a bit of construction going on at the road in front of it but this is well marked and not a huge issue.
