Hotel and room was very, very nice. Any future trips to Nashville, we plan to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Location Location Location! The event at the Bridgestone Arena right next door; everything we wanted to do downtown was in walking distance.
Disliked: The only thing was that the toliet was really loud when it was filling up. I accused my husband of leaving the water running in the sink.

Liked: Concert hall is so close.
Disliked: Construction noise from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Sunday construction at 9a.m. - really?

Liked: We went out for breakfast, but did order in one night and the food was great! We went to the .man Auditorium and the location was perfect. And perfect to get to all the spots downtownl.

Disliked: They charged me right at $700 more than they had told me. Then when I got ready to leave they wouldn’t give my car keys said I owed another $333 for valet after all the extra money they had already taken. It was an argument to get my dates straightened up because they kept telling me they weren’t the ones that changed it and they were the ones. I had a horrible time with them
