Disappointing

Disliked: I asked to get the room at noon because we were getting ready for a corporate show, the room was not available so we only had the chance to stay there for 1 hour. didn't even stay over night. when I reserved the room I asked specificaly to have the room ready early because we had to shower and change for the show, well that didn't happen. $400. for one hour , very expensive

Liked: Hotel was fine, staff was friendly
Disliked: Hygiene is a huge problem! There were spiders in the bed linens and we woke up in the morning with horrible bites

Overall cost effective.

Liked: The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Parking spots were easily available. Accessibility to the shopping mall. And great restaurants
Disliked: If privacy card isn’t placed on the door. Please note that the room needs to be cleaned. Or at least attempt to. We had someone come clean day 1 and she rushed it like she needed to get out of our hair as soon as possible. The remaining 2 days stay saw no cleaning. I thought it wasn’t great. Wouldn’t make me not rebook but I’d love to see that change.
