Disliked: unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The bathroom inside the room was not clean, and to my shock, I found cockroaches. My kids were scared to use the bathroom, and I tried to take a picture, but the cockroach ran away before I could capture it. This was very unsettling.Additionally, there was no trash can provided in the room, which made it difficult to manage waste. To make matters worse, there was no microwave available, which was inconvenient for warming up food.Another big disappointment was the slide pool. It was closed during our stay, and when I asked the staff if they could open it for my kids, I was told it only operates on weekends. This was never mentioned during the booking process, and we were only able to use the regular pool.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and transparency about facilities left me very disappointed. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
