Excellent hotel, clean and reasonable...
Liked: Well maintained hotel given its age. Very pleased.
Disliked: Was not clear to me on booking that parking was an add on cost.

Cleanest hotel with friendliest staff!...
Liked: Hotel was great in quality and cleanliness. The staff, specifically one person who helped us was Kamran a Pakistani Canadian who made it super easy for us to extend our stay for another night. I really very much appreciated his help as we were stuck in a winter storm at the hotel from Friday, February 14th to the 17th of 2025 and Kamran was able to add an additional night for us for both connected rooms so that we checked out on Tuesday February 18th after the roads were cleared for us to drive back home to the US. Please give Kamran a five star rating we wouldn't have been able to stay so comfortably if he wasn't able to accommodate us to extend our stay so effortlessly and quickly.
Disliked: THe breakfast and parking as additional charges is very expensive to be on top of the very high rate charged for the hotel. For Hilton Honors at least this could have been included in the price. I will be considering trying other hotels simply because of all of the additional charges beyond the hotel nightly rate for breakfast and parking.I also found the warer to be four dollars a bottle in the self serve purchase area to be extremely expensive even more than that charged in an airport for water. This needs to be improved and is a real scenario of usury. Who charges 4 dollars for a bottle of water. Not only that everything in the snack store was overpriced exuberantly..

Disliked: received an offer saying we could upgrade to a suiteWhen I asked what the deposit was on the suite at $2000 we thought that was completely ridiculousWhen we stayed in January on the ninth, the staff was friendly, very accommodatingWe were offered 10% off for dinner and breakfast coupons from the staff however this time the staff said they don’t do thatWe found the room was quite noisy with the HVAC system during our sleep the relay and or actuator kept buzzing for about four hours between 12 AM and 4 AM causing us not to be able to sleep comfortablyThere was somebody else’s hair up upon arrival in the bathroom sinkThe experience we had from January 9 with the staff was far superior than what we experienced on the 14thWe had decided on the ninth and 10th that this would be our go to retreat once a month however I don’t know if there’s been a staff change but what we experienced on the ninth and 10th as far as superior than what we experienced this last tripVery disappointed
