Efforts to cancel and get a refund or partial refund revealed that a one-night stay would not be refunded under the circumstances we cited. Next time I will book directly with the hotel and get more information.
Liked: The reservation was easy to make but I didn't see the information about no refunds for a one-night stay, etc.
Disliked: Tried to cancel the reservation due to blizzard forecast and 200 mile travel distance. Was told by the hotel I needed to request credit from Priceline and didn't even realize it was a Priceline booking. I guess I just don't have the savvy to even book a hotel.

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Staff helpful and very nice.
Disliked: Renovations meant the gym and pool were closed.

For starters, I was only here for a one night stay. Checking in was very easy despite the ongoing construction. We were able to park in the garage underneath the hotel. The front desk was able to help us find our way downtown to the local bars, restaurants and stores. We had an executive king room on the top floor. The beds were really nice and comfy. The view was top notch. The room also has a decent sized TV with plenty of cable channels. The room came with decent amenities including access to the executive lounge. The executive lounge had a decent lounge area with computer access and free drinks. Our room also included a complimentary breakfast with an OK selection of food and drink. Overall our stay was quite enjoyable and well worth the money. Top notch service and excellent staff. We will definitely choose Hilton Hotels for our future stays.
Liked: The bed; the perks; cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing.

The hotel is wonderful - the lobby looks very high class and fancy which I really enjoyed. I also liked the room - it was very neat when we checked in. I loved the bathroom, and the view from my window was nice. I ordered room service - the food was good and the service was very good too; the employees were friendly. However, the quality of the BBQ wings I got could have been better, but other than that I had a great experience with the hotel.
Liked: Access to TV; customer service was friendly; room was nice and tidy.
Disliked: Food could have been better.

Overall presentation was positive; size was very nice. Parking was simple. Location is right in the middle of everything downtown. Easy access off the highway.

Liked: Very inexpensive for the size of the room. Parking lot was attached. Cabs waiting outside constantly. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful lobby. Great walking distance to Target Field.
Liked: Large sitting area and loved the pillows.
Disliked: There wasn't a fridge in the suite. You could rent one for $5 a day. I think it should just be in the room.
